Crowne Plaza Hotel Birmingham NEC

Stayed there as part of a meeting. Here is a summary of my stay which was disappointing to say the least:
1. Terrible service - the room service hand you the food tray at the door and don't bother holding the door open! They also messed up my order and never apologised
2. Also breakfast in the room is a disdain ring take away affair - my food was wrong so I didn't eat it but fruits were stale and I got an extremely warm orange juice!!
3. Lunch in room was tasteless
4.not all the lights were working in the room
All in all terrible stay and would never go back!
