Stayed in this hotel for a work congress. So overall, ok hotel. Staff are willing and helpful but need training. My room was large and comfy but very dates - in fact the whole hotel needs a major makeover.
The room service menu is good and staff are nice but the chef is awful. The soup seemed something out of a can and sandwiches are what you would get at a petrol station! very disappointing! Overall, food quality was very poor.
My room did not have a fridge but other rooms of people in my group did so not sure why that was the case. It was also irritating to keep ordering water form room service! And I kept in incurring tray charges for water!
The reception staff are very friendly and helpful.
The spa was closed during our stay so more disappointment!
Probably would visit again if they had a room makeover! Maybe modernise everything?
