1 green chilli
Salt and pepper
1. Arrange the lettuce as in picture above
2. Cut cucumber strips and arrange in the centre
3. Drizzle lemon juice on the greens and season with salt and pepper
4. Heat olive oil and fry the chilli, basil, oregano and baby tomatoes lightly until just soft.
5. Arrange cooked tomatoes on lettuce and drizzle with remaining sauce in pan
